Welcome to my site, I'm Angela, aka Dry Eye Girlfriend. I'm a mild to moderate dry eye suffer, a graduate of nutrition science, a culinary nutrition expert and passionate about solving health related issues by digging in and uncovering the root cause.

My dry eye journey has taken me everywhere from being undiagnosed for many years not able to tolerate my contact lens, my eye makeup and even unable to drive at night, to now achieving clear, comfortable vision all by making key beauty, nutrition, and lifestyle modifications along with the support of my dry eye doctor.

I've been able to fast track my eyes to comfort because of my unique connection to hundreds of dry eye specialists and global experts, then distilling this knowledge and applying best practices in harmony with my holistic approach.

It didn't end there; I've also researched and learned from the top cosmetic scientists to better understand that oh so intimidating INCI list and truly uncover the best and worst ingredients for your eyes.
